For Villa TY we carried out all natural stone work indoors and out: bespoke vanities, a high-end kitchen and a precisely made fireplace surround – all in large-format slabs with continuous veining and millimetre-accurate workmanship.
Inside, every element was made from exact site measurements and detailed CAD shop drawings. Mitre cuts, material thicknesses and junctions were executed to create a seamless, monolithic look.
We also delivered the complete outdoor areas – terraces, transitions and architectural details in natural stone and porcelain.
A special highlight is the retractable pool floor: the area can be used as a full terrace, a classic pool or a lowered, child-safe water surface.
